Part 2: Making the private public: Why we blog about illness – a #VCePt conversation

This will be the second session on Virtually Connecting ePatients (#VCePt) asking the question “Why we chose to blog?”. For those that missed the first session, it is posted with original Making the Private Public announcement.

This session will include bloggers who were unable to make the first session. New voices include Kate Bowles (@KateMfD, Music for Deck Chairs), Colleen Lavelle (@ColleenLavelle1, Ramblings… Conquering Kids and Cancer), Ann Silberman (Breast Cancer…But Doctor I hate pink), Carolyn Frankovich Ronten (Carolyn’s Breast Cancer blog), Britni Brown O’Donnell (Best Liar You Know), and Terri Coutee (DiepCjourney – Reconstructing a Purposeful Lifeand more (your name could be here!) … 

The session will take place Friday, August 12 4pm Pacific / Saturday, August 13 9am Australia.

As with any Virtually Connecting session, this is a conversation not a scripted dialogue. The conversation will begin with the prompt that is the title of this post but will follow whatever trajectory the participant’s choose to follow.
